Warranty Period
Avinory offers a 1-year (12 months) limited warranty on all original smart bird feeders purchased from our official store or authorized retailers, starting from the date of delivery.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this time, Avinory will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship.
What is NOT Covered?
This limited warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Accidental Damage: Damage resulting from drops, falls, or animal attacks (e.g., bears or squirrels damaging the casing).
- Improper Installation: Damage caused by failing to follow the installation guide or mounting the device insecurely.
- Unauthorized Modification: Damage caused by unauthorized repair, maintenance, or modifications to the hardware or software.
- Natural Disasters: Damage caused by extreme weather conditions (floods, lightning, etc.) beyond the device's IP rating.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual battery capacity loss or cosmetic scratches.
How to Claim Your Warranty
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please provide:
- Proof of Purchase: Your Order ID and the platform where you purchased (e.g., Amazon, Official Website).
- Product SN: The serial number located on the device or packaging.
- Issue Description: A brief description of the problem along with photos or a short video showing the defect.
