Delivery Service

Now we provide free shipping for all orders over $29.99 in the contiguous U.S.$5.99 flat rate on orders under $29.98

Note:*We cannot deliver to the following areas:Alaska,Hawaii,Guam,Puerto Rico,Armed Forces Americas,Armed Forces Europe,Armed Forces Pacific

We employ the services of trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon logistics carriers to ensure your package arrives at your destination safely and securely. All you need is to provide us with the correct street address and contact details when checkout. (We do not accept a PO Box address)

 Please note that you can contact us to modify the address within 12 hours after placing an order. After 12 hours, changes are not guaranteed. If you need to make modifications, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but if the package has already been shipped, it may not be possible to intercept it and you may need to cover the shipping costs yourself.

Shipping Time

Order processing time can take between 1-2 business days.

Package shipping time can take between 3-7 business days.

Total Shipping time is 4-9 business days as usual.

We are not responsible for the deviation of estimated transportation time caused by logistics carriers and natural disasters.

Orders Tracking

1. After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. And your order will proceed to our local warehouse and the order will be ready within 24-48 hours.

2. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, express information, and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email. Your package will typically be delivered within 4-9 business days.
